How many cleaners can I expect to come?+

For most apartments we send a team of two or three cleaners so the job is completed efficiently. Larger properties or heavily used properties may require a bigger team which we confirm when you book.

How long will the service take?+

Timing depends on the size and condition of the property. As a guide a one bedroom apartment usually takes around three to four hours while larger homes can take most of the day.

Will I get my deposit back after the end of tenancy clean?+

We clean to a detailed landlord style checklist and focus on the areas that are checked most carefully which gives you the best chance of a full deposit return. The final decision is always with your landlord or agency so we cannot promise the outcome.

What should I prepare before the clean?+

We recommend that personal items and luggage are removed and that the fridge and cupboards are emptied. If you need help moving a few small items the team will assist where possible as long as it is safe to do so.

Do you bring your own equipment and cleaning products?+
